Session A: “Good Timing”. Presenter, Dr. Felicia Williams. An interactive discussion on how to know when it’s time to pursue other professional opportunities and how to prepare your skill set for other professional opportunities.
Session B: “Good Riddance”. Presenter, Dr. Alicia Jackson. An interactive discussion on how to identify and release relationships you’ve outgrown or that no longer serve you well.
12:30 PM – Empowerment Panel and Lunch
“Good Health” Empowerment Panel. Facilitator, Dr. Kelley Bolden Bailey. Enjoy this engaging conversation on how to implement the”Six Cups of Wellness” and cultivate a good life with the following panelists: Coach Q Curry (Vitamin Q Fitness); Sydney Jones (FSU Graduate Student, College of Human Sciences); Attorney Timisha Brooks Black (First Lady, Pineland Missionary Baptist Church); Dr. Jackie Robinson (Coping Connections); Dr. Sarah Price (Interim Dean, FAMU College of Education); Dr. Gwen Singleton (Professor, FAMU Department of Psychology); and Dr. Apryl Lynn (Financial Advisor, Apryl C. Lynn & Associates).
2:00 PM – Breakout Workshops
Session A: Small Group Mentoring. Join our “Good Health” Panelists for small group discussions and dive deeper into topics that personally interest you.
Session B: “Good Hands”. Facilitator, Dedrick Douglas of 9 Rounds Boxing. This hands-on workshop will teach workshop participants self-defense techniques. Practice time will be provided, so please bring attire that you can move comfortably in.
Session C: “Good Vibes”. This hands-on workshop will teach workshop participants how to make mocktails at home.
3:30 PM – Keynote Address & SHE Tea® Salute. Dr. Asha, SHE Tea® Founder.
